Vietnamese Inspired Chicken Noodle Soup + Dealing With Stress

I wanted to talk about something a little different today in my blog post. If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you may have read that I’ve been really busy recently. I have been juggling multiple things between work, some personal changes, and maintaining this blog, and it became a bit overwhelming last week. It’s never easy, and I know it’s something we can all relate to. Trying to find balance when it seems like you just can’t catch a break. So today I wanted to share a couple ways I deal with stress and work to find balance. 1. Exercise In my opinion, there is no better stress reliever than building up a sweat. I usually oscillate between my boxing gym and yoga studio depending on what I feel like I need that week. Boxing is for when I need to work off some frustrations. And yoga is for when I think I need a little bit of peace in my life. 2. Reading Reading is probably my favorite hobby.
